2.1 All competitions hosted on iWinATon are skill-based, meaning participation requires answering a question or completing a task correctly.
2.2 Entry into a competition typically requires payment per entry or multiple entries.
2.3 Only participants who correctly answer the competition question will qualify for the prize draw.
- Entry Process
3.1 Each competition will clearly display:
- Opening date and time
- Closing date and time
3.2 We reserve the right to adjust competition timelines where necessary. Any updates will be published on the website.
3.3 Entries submitted after the closing time may be rejected without refund.
3.4 Each competition may have:
- A maximum number of total entries
- A limit on entries per user
3.5 How to enter online:
- Visit the competition page
- Select your answer
- Choose number of entries
- Complete registration and payment
- Receive confirmation and ticket number(s)
3.6 Entries must be submitted in English.
3.7 We are not responsible for failed, delayed, or incomplete entries due to internet issues, payment failures, or technical errors.
3.8 By entering, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Selection of Winners
4.1 All eligible participants with correct answers will be entered into an automated random selection draw.
4.2 The draw will take place within a reasonable period after the competition ends.
4.3 The selection process may be automated, conducted live, or recorded for transparency.
4.4 Entry lists (names and ticket numbers) may be published for verification purposes.
- Eligibility
5.1 Competitions are open to individuals who:
- Are residents of Nigeria
- Are at least 18 years old
5.2 The following persons are not eligible:
- Employees of iWinATon
- Partners, agents, or affiliates
- Immediate family members of the above
5.3 Participants may be required to provide valid identification (e.g., NIN, driver’s licence, or passport).
5.4 We reserve the right to disqualify users who:
- Provide false information
- Attempt to manipulate results
- Abuse the platform or staff
5.5 Entry fees are non-refundable, except as stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
- Prizes
6.1 Each competition prize will be clearly described on the platform.
6.2 Prizes may include but are not limited to:
- Cash rewards
- Vehicles and motorcycles
- Gadgets or luxury items
- Houses
- Electronics
- Lifestyle prizes
6.3 If a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value, or a cash alternative.
6.4 Prizes are not transferable and not exchangeable unless specified.
6.5 For vehicles or physical items:
- Ownership transfer is the responsibility of the winner
- Registration, insurance, and maintenance costs are not included unless stated
- Winner Notification and Claims
7.1 Winners will be contacted via phone (calls and/or text messages) and email.
7.2 If a winner does not respond within 14–21 days, another draw may be conducted and a new winner selected.
7.3 To claim a prize, winners may be required to verify identity and provide accurate payment or delivery details.
7.4 Cash prizes will be paid into a verified Nigerian bank account.
7.5 iWinATon is not responsible if a winner cannot receive or use the prize.
- Publicity
8.1 Winners may be announced on the platform and our social media channels.
8.2 By entering, you agree that we may use your name, location (city/state), and image (if applicable) for promotional purposes.
8.3 You may request limited anonymity before the draw on a case-by-case basis.
- Data Protection
9.1 Personal information will be collected and used only for managing competitions, contacting winners, and platform improvements.
9.2 Your data will not be sold to third parties.
9.3 You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.
9.4 If you request full deletion before a draw, you may lose eligibility.
- Liability
10.1 iWinATon is not liable for losses resulting from participation, technical failures, or delays outside our control.
10.2 We do not guarantee the condition, quality, or performance of any prize.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Platform Misuse
11.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent activity
- Hacking or system interference
- Creating multiple fake accounts
11.2 Violations may result in disqualification, account suspension, or permanent ban.
- Changes and Cancellations
12.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
12.2 We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
12.3 Where a competition is cancelled, entry fees may be refunded at our discretion.
- Minimum Entries
Competitions will proceed regardless of the number of entries received, unless otherwise stated or communicated.
- Third-Party Platforms
Competitions are not affiliated with or endorsed by platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Participants agree that such platforms bear no responsibility.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
- Responsible Participation
We encourage responsible participation. If you feel your activity is becoming excessive, please seek guidance from appropriate support organisations or contact our team to suspend your account.
