Everything you need to know about competing, winning, and getting paid on iWinaton.

iWinaton runs prize competitions where you purchase tickets for a chance to win the featured prize. Each competition has a set number of tickets available. Once all tickets are sold (or the draw date is reached), a winner is randomly selected from all ticket holders using our verified draw system.
Yes. iWinaton operates as a skill-based competition platform in compliance with Nigerian laws. Our competitions are not classified as gambling — entry requires answering a simple skill question, making them fully legal under Nigerian law.
Each competition page shows the scheduled draw date. Draws are conducted either when all tickets sell out or on the published draw date — whichever comes first. We always announce the draw date clearly on each competition.
Currently, iWinaton is open to Nigerian residents only. Our payment systems and prize delivery are configured for the Nigerian market. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Each competition has a maximum ticket limit per user, which is clearly shown on the competition page. This ensures fair participation for all our members. The per-user limit varies by competition.
Every ticket you purchase is assigned a unique ID in the format DRAWNAME-XXXXX-XXXXX. Your ticket IDs are sent to you via email after purchase and are also available in your dashboard under My Tickets.
Tickets are registered to the account that purchases them. If you want to gift tickets to someone, they must have their own iWinaton account. We do not support ticket transfers between accounts at this time.
We have two types of draws:
  1. Automated Draws: Drawn using Google Random Number Generator. Winners are announced on our website and social media. All processes are recorded for transparency, trust, and reliability.
  2. Live Draws: Conducted live on our social media platforms by iWinATon team members. A spin-the-wheel method is used to randomly select the winning number(s) in a fully transparent and publicly viewable process.
We accept all major Nigerian payment methods via Flutterwave, including debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Absolutely. iWinaton does not store your card details. All payments are processed securely by Flutterwave, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Your financial data never touches our servers.
This can occasionally happen due to network interruptions. Please wait up to 15 minutes and check your email and dashboard. If you still have not received your tickets after 15 minutes, contact us at support@iwinaton.com with your transaction reference and we will resolve it promptly.
Tickets are generally non-refundable once a competition has started, as per our Refund Policy. However, if a competition is cancelled by iWinaton, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically within 3–5 business days.
Winners are selected using a certified random number generator that picks a winning ticket ID from all valid entries. The draw process is recorded and independently verified to ensure complete fairness. We publish the winning ticket ID publicly after each draw.
If you win, you will be notified immediately via email and SMS to the contact details on your account. We will also announce winners on our social media pages. Please ensure your account contact details are up to date.
After being notified, you will have 14 days to claim your prize. Our team will contact you via email with claiming instructions. For physical prizes, we arrange delivery within Nigeria. For cash prizes, funds are transferred directly to your verified bank account.
Cash prizes above a certain threshold may be subject to withholding tax in line with Nigerian tax law. iWinaton will inform you of any applicable deductions at the time of prize notification. Physical prizes are delivered at no extra cost to you.
Click Register on the top navigation or footer, fill in your details, and verify your email address. Once verified, you can start entering competitions immediately.
Click Login, then select Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a secure password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour for your security.
Yes. Go to your Dashboard, navigate to Account Settings, and update your email address. A verification link will be sent to your new email to confirm the change.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also manage your notification preferences directly in your Dashboard under Account Settings → Notifications.
No. We are fully registered under the appropriate authorities within the Nigerian Federation. All draws are conducted transparently and streamed live, with real winners announced publicly.
