    2.1 All entry purchases made on iWinATon are final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

    2.2 By purchasing an entry, you acknowledge that:

    • You are entering a skill-based competition
    • Your payment grants access to participate
    • Your entry is processed immediately

  3. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued in the following cases (but not limited to):

    • You change your mind after entering
    • You entered the wrong competition
    • You selected an incorrect answer
    • You did not win the competition
    • You failed to check eligibility requirements
    • You were disqualified due to rule violations
    • You did not use your entries
  4. Eligible Refund Circumstances

    4.1 Duplicate Payments

    If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a system error.

    4.2 Failed or Incomplete Entries

    Where payment was taken but your entry was not successfully recorded or you did not receive a ticket number.

    4.3 Cancelled Competitions

    If iWinATon cancels a competition for any reason, including technical issues, legal or regulatory concerns, or operational challenges.

    4.4 System Errors

    Where a clear platform error has resulted in incorrect billing or unintended charges.

  5. Refund Request Process

    5.1 To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

    5.2 Requests must include:

    • Full name
    • Registered email address
    • Transaction reference number
    • Description of the issue
